What is PRP?

A PRP (platelet-rich plasma) facial, commonly known as a “vampire facial,” is a cosmetic procedure that uses a patient’s own blood to promote skin rejuvenation. The blood is processed to concentrate platelets and growth factors, which are then applied to the skin through microneedling or injections. This treatment helps stimulate collagen production, firm the skin, and improve overall texture while reducing wrinkles, acne scars, and other signs of aging.

What is Sclerotherapy?

Sclerotherapy is a treatment used for enlarged, twisted veins known as varicose veins, which most often appear in the legs, as well as for spider veins, a milder form of vein disease. It is most effective for smaller varicose veins. During the procedure, a solution is injected directly into the affected vein using a fine needle, causing the vein to scar and collapse. This redirects blood flow to healthier veins, allowing the treated vein to gradually fade. Improvement is usually seen within a few weeks, though full results may take a month or longer, and some veins may not disappear completely.
